CZU students:

We can provide CZU students with a Confirmation of the Accommodation document needed for their visa application. Please, fill in the following form. The Confirmation of Accommodation is always given to the CZU faculty you specified in the form. It is highly recommended to obtain a visa before you make a reservation for a room.

Non-Czech students applying for Czech study programmes at the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources, cannot rely on the document being sent to their postal address. The local study department keeps the document in their office. Therefore, please get in touch with them via email at rejdal@af.czu.cz.

non-CZU students:

Non-CZU students can also apply for a Confirmation of the Accommodation document needed for their visa application. Please note, it is up to you to organise for pick up of the document and pay for it. CZU will, of course, inform you once the document is available for pick up. To be able to create a room reservation, you need to have an ISKAM account. For establishing the account, please contact us at west@kam.czu.cz. It is highly recommended to obtain a visa before you make a reservation for a room.

DELIVERY OF THE CONFIRMATION: The Confirmation is usually delivered to CZU International Relations Office (IRO) within 21 working days. Once it is delivered to central IRO, it is given to the faculty you will be studying at. The faculty is then responsible for sending it to the student/applicant.
